As of late I have been taking two beginning art classes to begin my career.  :)  It's been fun and especially useful to someone like me who needs to practice discipline in my art.   Also I'm getting ready for a mini art-hop show in my microscopic hometown of Lawrence, MI.  It will be held at the coffee shop where I work (see- tiny town) and as far as I know there will be about five artists.  The organizer has advertized up to an hour away in some bigger areas of the state so the crowd could be substantial!   I'll be displaying some of my work from the past couple of years.  Everything from acrylic, paper art, pencil and colored pencil to

I recently returned home from a six month absence in Canada about two weeks ago.  I'm reunited with my art supplies and I'm having a BUNCH of fun! I've been on a bird kick since I'm back- from tiny, simple birds to more fancy, large-ish parrots.  Some of which I'm planning on putting up for sale on Etsy.com.  The small birds will go for around $10 each but the larger birds are harder to price- if you are interested in a parrot we can figure out a good price then.
